- LSA currently has three LEED-certified projects, one of which is also on the historical register and the other two are Silver Level projects.
LSA has always strived to provide owners with water and energy-efficient buildings and the LEED rating system gives us a method to quantify these efforts as new technologies emerge. Ground source heat pumps are a key component of sustainable design and LSA has several in operation and also under construction.

LEED provides a complete framework for assessing building performance and meeting sustainability goals. Based on well-founded scientific standards, LEED emphasizes state of the art strategies for sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality.
