Broadway Convention Hotel - Natchez, Mississippi

Located on the Mississippi river in Natchez, Mississippi, this downtown redevelopment project created a focal point for the area and a gathering center. The first floor consists of a lobby, large meeting rooms, support spaces, and a pool. The upper four floors are hotel rooms and suites. In all, 80,000 SF of space was constructed on a “Front Street” that presented a brick and stone front, iron-railing balconies, and brick sidewalks. LSA provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design.

Comfort Suites - Jonesboro, Arkansas

This new hotel located in Jonesboro, Arkansas features 79 guest rooms, meeting rooms, an indoor heated pool, business center, guest laundry and support spaces. Latimer, Sommers & Associates coordinated the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design with an Illinois-based architect and development group.
