Art Building - Washburn University

This project consisted of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for a new 20,000 SF Art Building at Washburn University that includes an art gallery, numerous design studios, an outdoor sculpture yard, and storage rooms.

Student Recreation and Wellness Center - Washburn University

This new two-story Student Recreation and Wellness Center on Washburn University’s Campus, is a 36,000 SF facility located south of the football stadium. The building is complete with three interior basketball courts, elevated running track, climbing wall, cardio/weights area, aerobics/dance rooms, shower/locker rooms, wellness classrooms, and general offices. LSA provided the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design. Basic HVAC system involved packaged rooftop VAV air handlers and hot water boiler plant for VAV reheat.
