This project involved the addition to and remodel of an existing three story 1930's private residence adjacent to the main campus grounds, expanding from nearly 3,500 square feet to approximately 13,000 square feet. All new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services and systems were installed to the building. HVAC systems included gas furnaces with zone damper systems throughout. Indirect lighting was utilized in the office areas. New fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems were provided. Telecommunications design was also included.
