Mulvane Art Museum - Washburn University
This project involved the mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for the renovation of the existing 12,000 square foot Mulvane Art Museum and portions of Garvey Hall into a new museum and art classrooms.
HVAC work included complete replacement of existing systems with new VAV hot water reheat systems including humidification. Existing Garvey systems were reconfigured to meet new space layout. Other MEP work included all new plumbing and lighting systems, museum lighting controls and electrical service improvements.
