Marianna Kistler Beach Museum - Kansas State University
This project involved the mechanical and electrical design for a new structure to house Kansas State University's art collection. The building contains exhibit spaces, classrooms, a small theater, and archival storage. Special care was taken to integrate the building and associated MEP services with the surrounding vegetation. HVAC systems were designed to provide specialized humidity and temperature control at exhibit and storage areas. Most spaces use central dimming systems which allow for custom lighting levels at each gallery area.
