This project involved the renovation of a former physician's clinic to provide new space for a counseling program at Emporia State University. The construction included demolition of the existing partitions and finishes while retaining the utility services. The construction also included new partitions, flooring, ceilings, electrical wiring, light fixtures, and HVAC ductwork. The renovated spaces include new meeting rooms, faculty offices, a library, office space, restrooms and a lounge. LSA provided the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for this project.
