Templin Hall Renovations - University of Kansas
This project called for renovation of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm and sprinkler systems for the existing eight story, 100,000 square foot student housing facility to create more modern apartment suites. The remodel included the addition of high-efficiency (92%) boilers and domestic hot water heaters as well as a diesel-powered emergency generator. In addition to these changes, a second phase called for the remodel of a 20,000 square foot Visitor's Center within this building.
