This project consisted of constructing a new press box, concession area, restrooms, bleachers, locker rooms, and dugouts at the existing ballpark. New underground utilities were provided including storm drainage, sanitary sewer, domestic water, gas, electrical power, and telecom. The press box and concessions were heated and air conditioned. Provisions were made for drainage of domestic water from rooms not heated during the winter.
