This project entails a 28,000 square foot, 13 classroom addition plus a gymnasium to an existing school. Remodel of certain areas are required to adapt the addition to the new school is necessary as well as the complete integration of new HVAC to the hot/chilled water piped systems. This includes another parallel chiller, primary/secondary pumping, controls, piping loops and electrical.
