This is a remodel and 15,000 square foot addition to the existing 32,000 square foot Broken Arrow Elementary School plus a new 127,000 square foot facility for the new South Junior High School consisting of classrooms, library, kitchen, cafeteria, gymnasium and media center. The projects involve new sanitary sewer services, high-efficiency gas-fired heaters, new domestic water service, new gas service, new electrical service, new fluorescent lighting, data-com outlets, a supervised fire alarm system VAV rooftop units and exhaust systems for restrooms and kitchen.
