This project consists of a 12,300 square foot office building serving field office needs for the Owner. LEED Silver Certification was achieved. A combination of water-saving plumbing fixtures, lighting schemes, and recycled materials create a building that has low-impact to the environment.
This mechanical system uses zoned forced-air equipment to provide energy efficiency and occupant comfort. An energy recovery unit distributes outside air in appropriate amounts. Occupancy sensors and timers restrict lighting energy consumption to appropriate LEED levels.
