Capitol Tower Office Renovation – currently under construction A complete telecommunications solution was provided for this facility. The 141,700 square foot complex consisting of seven floors located in Topeka, Kansas. Horizontal cabling of fiber, copper and coax provide the buildings users with voice, data, video conferencing, and cable television services. This project had added challenges to face in that the project was broken into phases to allow remodeling of floors while temporary spaces were utilized keeping employees in service. The remodel included new telecommunications closets on each floor and the interconnection with the data center located on the seventh floor. A bonding and grounding system was included as part of the design for these buildings. Total Project Cost – $9,600,000 Telecommunications Project Cost - $525,000
