A complete telecommunications solution was provided for this facility including inside plant and outside plant. The 62,000 square foot complex consisting of four apartment buildings and a clubhouse is located on the campus of Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. Horizontal cabling of fiber, copper and coax provide the building's users with voice, data and video services. With this solution is connectivity to the campus backbone where voice, data, video, life safety, and point of sales systems are accessed. Voice over IP was also implemented in this project. A bonding and grounding system was included as part of the design for these buildings.
