A complete telecommunications solution was provided for this facility including inside plant and outside plant. The 75 acre campus, 98,000 sq ft Theme Housing, 72,000 sq ft Apartments, and the 7,900 sq ft Commons building is located on the campus of Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, Pennsylvania. The horizontal cabling consisted of fiber, copper and coax provide the buildings users with voice, data and video services. With this solution is connectivity to the campus backbone where voice, data, video, life safety, systems are accessed. Voice over IP was also implemented in this project. A bonding and grounding system is included as part of the design for these buildings.
