This three story, 24,000 square foot facility houses the HRC Phone Center. The day to day operation of the center requires a significant deployment of telephone and computer applications. One half of this structure, referred to as Building 9, underwent a complete telecommunications renovation. The design and construction of the communications infrastructure had to deal with many existing conditions. Some of which included code violations and wire management constraints.
