Latimer, Sommers & Associates provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and special systems design and engineering for this new 324,000 square foot facility. This new three story structure houses the corporate headquarters for the Security Benefit Group. This facility includes personal climate controlled office spaces, conference rooms, cafeteria, full-service kitchen, computer center, mail processing, print shop, large executive board room, daycare center, security office, wellness center, and four remote buildings.
