This Renovation of 300,000 square foot office space for corporate headquarters is located in Topeka, KS. This remodel included the design of an ultra-sonic humidity system that was implemented throughout the entire facility. It also included the design of one 250 KW and two 750 KW diesel powered generator sets to furnish 100% backup power. Eighteen different areas were remodeled as part of this project. Air conditioning, lighting, protected power, fire alarm upgrades and security building systems all required re-design and upgrades as these areas were renovated.
