As the first facility for this new Topeka banking venture, an efficient use of funds was a priority for the owner while still being able to show a secure and pleasant environment for the public. Specialty lighting, security systems and bank equipment interfacing were items that received individual attention. Simple and efficient mechanical systems that were easy to maintain kept the project on budget.
