This 200-plus unit, multi-family project in Pine Bluffs, Arkansas consisted of five different unit configurations and four separate building types centered around a community clubhouse and pool. A Texas-based architect and owner group coupled with an Arkansas civil engineer did not hinder the coordination effort and a successful closing deadline was met. Communication early in the process with the local code review team allowed a smooth permitting process.
