This project consists of a newly constructed 8-story, 75,000 square feet, mixed-use building in downtown Lawrence, The facility has 17,000 square feet of office space, 10,000 square feet of fitness center/retail space, 46,000 square feet of (55) loft style apartments units, and 2,000 square feet of restaurant space. LSA was responsible for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, fire sprinkler protection and telecommunications design.
