LSA provided MEP and security system design for a 4-story building for Heritage Bank. The basement and first floor are occupied by Heritage Bank and includes a drive-thru, teller windows, offices and concrete vault. MEP systems were provided to support future tenant finish of the bulk of the 2nd and 3rd floors. The building also has a coffee shop.
