Topeka Civic Theatre and Academy

The old Gage Elementary School was purchased from USD 501 and a major addition was added to house the Topeka Civic Theater and Academy. Several options were considered as a complete feasibility study was implemented. Renovation of some of the old school began in 1996. In 2006, construction began in the original building again to upgrade HVAC, lighting, power and fire protection.
