This project includes the replacement of the existing low pressure steam piping, a steam pressure reducing station (PRV), condensate return piping and drip leg/trap assemblies to provide heat to the Landon State Office Building. The antiquated and convoluted piping that existed in the building for years with old cast fittings, was replaced with a new piping system with routing, placement of PRV station and relief valves designed for maximum maintenance simplicity and reliability.
