This project involved the floor-by-floor renovation of Hill's Pet Nutrition's corporate offices. The 7-story building contained general offices, a computer center, call center, conference areas and a full service cafeteria. Each floor received a complete renovation including a new fire alarm system and HVAC modifications. It was also outfitted with the latest in lighting systems, lighting control and HVAC. The project also included design for the complete telecommunications system with voice and video over a fiber optic backbone.
