LSA provided the MEP and security system design for this new four-story facility for Heritage Bank in Topeka, Kansas. The first floor and basement are occupied by Heritage Bank and includes a drive-thru, teller windows, offices and concrete vault. There is also a coffee shop located within the facility. In addition, MEP systems were provided to support future tenant finish for the second and third floors.
