LSA has been the MEP engineer for this ongoing renovation of the 300,000 square foot office building for the corporate headquarters since 1991. This remodel has included the design of an ultra-sonic humidity system throughout the entire area; design of one 250 kW and two 750 kW diesel powered generator sets to furnish 100% backup power; and remodel of many different areas including air conditioning, lighting, protected power, fire alarm upgrades, and security system. Throughout the duration of this project, there have been numerous mechanical and electrical improvements such as a new cafeteria, a new data center, and security improvements and renovations as well as modifications required to accommodate numerous open office reconfigurations/improvements.
