A 100% OA gas-fired make-up air unit with heat recovery coil and DX coil was used to temper the outside air to achieve a specific temperature and humidity level.
Electrical design included a 1200 amp main distribution panel with inline panel boards to serve individual floors. Decorative pendant lighting was used in lounge areas and lobby of the building. Decorative recessed and surface mounted fluorescent lighting was used for the rooms and hallways. Exterior lighting was designed according to campus standards.
Copper fintube boilers/storage tanks were used for the domestic hot water system for the building.
